The service advisor Noel was very courteous and professional to me. The customer lounge is very nice with a large screen TV and complimentary coffee and soda pop. A newspaper was also there for me to read while I waited for my cars service to be completed. I would recommend Mills Chevy to anyone who needs service or who are looking for a new or used vehicle. I emailed Paul Watts back and forth a few times about a car on the lot and wanted to hash out as much of the deal as possible due to my hectic work schedule. The day i was driving up to look at it I blew out a tire and couldn't make it. Paul offered to drive the car down to me because he knew how busy i am. The next day i made it up there and after test driving the car bought it at an even better price then we had agreed upon. The car had a recall and when i called them and told them when i would have time to bring it in they fit me right in. Best experience i have had with a dealership. More
