Breakdown of Motor Home on a weekend We left our vehicle on the lot of Vern Eide on the lot on Friday evening, and called by 7:30 the next morning. The call was answered by a gentlemen who said he had noticed it on the lot, but didn't go to inspect it as he thought people might be sleeping, and did not want to disturb us. Very kind. Vern Eide's mechanic already had a job lined up for first thing on Saturday morning, he began on it, and then moved to our motorhome. He had until Monday morning to finish the other job, and wanted to see if he could get us mobile. He discovered a blockage in our air filter, and we were using our Motor Home again before 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning. The card I have has Jim Senger's name on the front, and he must be re presentative of the whole crew at Vern Eide . More

It's all about his commissions and using his upper management to steal the deal. One more thing, when you call him about a problem with your vehicle. He doesn't even know who the "xxxx you are", and that's a direct quote from him. I wouldn't recommend this person to buy a vehicle from or make a trip to Mitchell, SD. I would say, STAY HOME AND SHOP AROUND IN YOUR LOCAL AREA. More
