We were kept informed at every step of the repairs and were very comfortable in the waiting lounge. Not only was the service manager Mike Horne terrific but the cashier Rae also made us feel special. On today's date I was helped by Mike Horne and he went through the list of services my car had received so far, and the recommended services. I do not like to think about what is needed when I come in to get my car serviced so I am very glad they keep up with these things because I definitely don't. My tires were rotated, oil changed, and a complimentary wash. What more could a girl ask for? Thank you Nissan of Elizabeth City for meeting and always exceeding my expectations! More
