The way it should be The day prior to coming to Northgate Ford I had a bad experience at another Ford dealer in the area where they used every underhanded negotiating tact The day prior to coming to Northgate Ford I had a bad experience at another Ford dealer in the area where they used every underhanded negotiating tactic in the book, including false advertising, so needless to say I was a bit disillusioned with the whole car buying process. Northgate Ford, however, was a breath of fresh air. Their ads were honest and up front about how they reach a certain price, and, at least for the car I bought, the price was fantastic. No bait and switch, no fine print, no excuses why they couldn't give me that price. I worked with Andre to find the right combination of incentives and financing in a way that felt more like we were working together to find the right deal, rather than fighting to not get swindled. Andre really is a testament to the profession and a genuinely good human being to boot. This isn't some fluff review, it's just a legitimately happy customer. More
