Excellent Experience thanks to Cal! We were in the market for a used 3rd row SUV and had been looking all over the Island at vehicles. He never pressured us into anything and told us, please go check around and drive vehicles with other dealerships before you make a final decision, just to let him know if we decided to buy a vehicle from him or another person so he knew what next steps to take. This easy going sales was what made us come back to Cal and buy our car from Tony Autogroup. Thanks so much Cal and we will definitely recommend you all to anyone! I recently took my car in for service on several issues, some of which weren't resolved to my satisfaction. My natural reaction was to get irritated and aggressive, at which point Jason but me on check. He did this by being empathetic, patient and efficient. He listened to me vent my concerns all the while displaying a sincere and authentic demeanor. In addition to being a genuine and caring person, he is on point with his work ethic. This young man was all around superior, because he went above and beyond to address and correct all my concerns and issues! His service alone will make me a lifetime customer.
