Transportation Needs More Tyan Satisified! I am Reggie and recently suffered the loss of my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As I had not planned on purchasing a new car for another six months or so, I am Reggie and recently suffered the loss of my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. As I had not planned on purchasing a new car for another six months or so, this situation required me to shorten my timeline and explore my options. The Team of Keith, Mic and Maryann were tremendous. Realizing I was in a situation where I really needed another mode of transportation, they asked what monthly price range I was comfortable with, and focused their efforts on working with me in that range. I initially settled on a used Path Finder and once I got home, I realized purchasing another used vehicle (along with the potential repair bills) was not a smart move. So the next day I returned, explained my situation and asked for their help in returning the Path Finder and getting into a new Fiat 500. They agreed and did not pressure me to go beyond the monthly price point on the car or the additional warranty options.
