Had my 2015 Ford taurus taken in for maintenance Took my car in for maintenance through quick lane when I picked it up I up noticed damage to the back fender. Although my car was parked outside the last official parking spot. He said they parked it there because they didn't have room . Say they will work with you and DON`T I have a 2016 Escape, which I brought in May. Two weeks having it, Bluetooth started acting up. I took it back and Roger Garcia, GREAT guy took care I have a 2016 Escape, which I brought in May. Two weeks having it, Bluetooth started acting up. I took it back and Roger Garcia, GREAT guy took care of my problem. The Bluetooth kept doing the same thing, over and over and over. I kept taking it back, two months owning my escape with this problem, they said it needed updating and they did that. Two weeks later it was back, I took it in Aug 1 and then the next day again. They said had to do something else to fix the problem.. OK.. took it yesterday and did whatever with it. Took them, I didn`t want this escape, and was told they will work with me . My three month old Escape, they offered 16,000 trade in.. I could not believe $16,000 on my NEW Escape, which was at the dealership 12 times in the three months, comes out to be once a week. So with their working with me, will run me $9,000. more to get a 2017 which is listed at $ 26,000 and me bring my Escape in 12 times with the Bluetooth problem.. Can any one see where the working with me is?? Sorry I just can not see the working with me, If you do go to Mc Combs west, ask for Roger Garcia GREAT guy. As for as the dealership working with you, don`t look for it there.. Thanks My rating is ALL good ratings is Roger Garcia`s . More

Awful Experience Text with one of their salesmen (Mr. Finley) all day who had a truck showing online still being on the lot. He responded and said that the truck was definitely on the lot, and I should drive out, thirty minutes away, to check out the Nissan Titan I was interested in. When I got there, he was cordial, and said to take a ride and we would find the vehicle. We drove around a partner lot where he thought the vehicle might be for about 15 minutes, before he admitted that he drove out there BEFORE texting me back (and confirming the vehicle was available) and could not find the Nissan Titan I was interested in. The Nissan Titan had 90k miles, but would not be located. After admitting that he had looked for the vehicle earlier and could not find it, Mr. Finley attempted to convince me into finding a new vehicle. My requirement to him was a truck under 100k miles, and the only item he could come up with was trying to find me a vehicle that had 180K miles on it. This was the most unprofessional place I have ever had an opportunity to meet with. STAY AWAY. More
Bait and Switch Then Sold Me a Problem Car First, the car I came to see was a piece of junk. Four tires all different, one bald. Rattled so much when I started it I refused to drive it. CD player had a CD stuck in it which it couldn't eject. After 30 min wait I started to leave and several "salesmen" ran after me. I wish I had kept going. They showed me a used car that looked nice and we agreed on a price. After 4 days the battery was totally dead (bad cell). The mechanic said that the only way it lasted 4 days was if the battery had been "juiced up" shortly before I bought it. I had the mechanic check it over and the front brakes were about shot and the turn signal was malfunctioning and would need to be replaced. I have spent $750 just to have a drivable car. I sent an email to Tom Cliver, an executive with McCombs and told him what had happened and never got a reply. I guess this is the way McCombs does business (just like a sleazy auto sales business) I wish I had never set foot on the McCombsFordWest car lot. Never again ! More
