Normally, depending on what website you are on people don't take the time to write a review if they are happy but will write a negative review to express there displeasure. I guess it is human nature. I have been around cars for 40+ years and never owned and Italian car but my wife said she wanted a Ghibli. I though she was crazy, but I have to say after having Lexus cars for 10+ years this car is spectacular. Other than a small issue with the AC not coming out the front vent only the defrost vent. We have not seen the dealership in a year. My wife loves her Ghibli and so do I. The car handles excellent and we love the sport mode. I personally enjoy the manual shift with a 7 speed German transmission the car is smooth as silk. You will not find a nicer car in this class than a Ghibli. David and Hank were a pleasure to deal with. We have also enjoyed working with Caesar in the service department. More
