At no time did John tell us "what we should do". He's a good listener and doesn't put his interests before his client's. I gave him the parameters that I needed for a car, and he found the options. Being a Salesperson myself, I'm well aware of the "Car Salesman stigma", and John is doing a good job to improve our image. I'm also on the road a lot and visit many new clients and destinations so navigation is really important to me. I've had built in navigation on previous cars and like the convenience of having it built in (no extra hardware and cables). John explained to me that I could utilize the new Apple CarPlay and utilize the navigation built into my iphone. I was skeptical at first, but now I absolutely LOVE IT. It seamlessly integrated with the car, and it's just like having navigation built in (but better because it's always up to date). When it came down to the final decision, he found a car in Madison and had it to us the next day. It was even full of gas. Very happy with the car and my decision to buy from John at Scaffidi. More
