While bringing my vehicle in for 2 recalls I shared with them my bad experience with the tire foam repair/inflate equipment (no temp or spare tire) The hose after connecting to repair a tire on the side of them my bad experience with the tire foam repair/inflate equipment (no temp or spare tire) The hose after connecting to repair a tire on the side of a busy I-75 literally fell apart when I turned the foam on. This product was defective. This cost me a $200 tow and 4 hours of downtime in my vacation travels. I just asked for a replacement, I didn't even ask for compensation in any other way. They offered nothing. I could pay $45 for a new recharge kit for the equipment since it comes with a new hose. The vehicle only has 30k on it. I am a 31.5 year retired employee of Honda. Sadly American Honda and our dealerships are our weak link. One reason I purchased a new product was for the warranty. My mistake I guess. More
