Tricky deals. Dents, smells, pictures vs in person. We always beg folks to come in see the vehicle before anything is done with dollars. Same reason we beg all customers to test drive before we do numbers. Even new vehicles can drive in a way that a customer prefers/ does not prefer. All that said, sometimes distance makes it impossible to see in person and test drive. Glad to hear everything worked out and kudos to you, Dino, Brad, and Tim for communicating in a way that made it a 5 star experience. Ya, we're happy we ended up with Rachel too. Picking the right vehicle can be a horrific anxiety while buying a vehicle. The good news is that nothing lasts forever and if we are able to switch vehicles within a small window, we are happy to do it. Most important is that the end user is happy. Once funded and taxes are paid, it's still possible but usually costs a little more. Thrilled to hear, that was not the case and Rachel's efforts were appreciated.
