Love this place! This is my second Mazda purchase with Garrett Oxnaes and Mazda of Elk Grove. I made an appointment with Garrett for 8pm after I got off work. Garrett stayed late to help me out which was great. He was scheduled off at 5pm so that was awesome of him to work with my schedule because I work a lot and don't have a lot of free time to spend hours at a dealership. It was a very raining and cold night when I came in for my appointment. Garrett already had the car I was interested in pulled inside where it was nice and dry and warm so I could check it out and he had a cup of fresh coffee waiting for me!! Nice touch by the way! :) I visited one other dealership to check out a Corolla and the sales guy had me walking the lot with him in the rain to look at cars. Needless to say I didn't stay very long, being wet and cold isn't my idea of a good time. When Garrett and I went on the test drive he showed me ever feature on the vehicle just like he did on the last vehicle I got from him. After the test drive I was sold on the car!! Got back to the dealership and Garrett again got me a great deal and had me out of the dealership in 90 minutes!! That was the best part didn't have to spend 3-4 hrs like I have before buying other vehicles. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle give Garrett and Mazda of Elk Grove a visit it will probably be your only visit you will make. They treat you like family and Garrett will get you a great deal oh and they include Lifetime Car washes!! I can't say thank you enough!!
