My experience with getting the vehicle serviced has been as good, but after receiving my feedback the team turned it around and ended on a good note. The communication and attention wasn't what I would have expected from a company like Maserati in the beginning, and I'm hopeful that the service I saw at the end of the my latest visit is what I'll experience going forward.
