When I visited BMW of Catonsville, I was partially convinced I would purchase the vehicle I went to test drive. He was very straightforward with what the car offered and what the dealership and BMW experience would offer should I decide to buy the car. Additionally, the finance department knows their stuff! Mark was most helpful in explaining our finance options and helped us to make the decision to purchase the vehicle with financing through the dealership at a better rate than my credit union.
