I tried to take advantage of a partnership program between the company I wor Bought a new 2016 VW Passat which is a great car that I would recommend. I tried to take advantage of a partnership program between the company I work for and VW which offers a $500 discount. The dealership indicated that they cannot provide the discount however they would provide the first service at no cost. I did not think of asking for any paperwork to hold them accountable for that promise assuming that when the service time arrives I can call and ask them to honor the offer. I called several times, wrote several emails, left voice messages to both the sales person and to the sales manager but no avail, I never got a response. Very disappointed to not even get a response acknowledging my messages. More

I was looking for new VW Passat and couldn't get the right color at another dealership, I contacted her (before that also she wanted me to come at her dealer, but I promised the other dealer wanted to visit them first) Sales Consultant Carrie Price promised me color I wanted, the $500 price match and delivery of car at home. But on day of delivery of car. she started behaving as if she doesn’t know me by evening she told talk to her manager Matt smiley. That moment I got an idea she trying fool me to passing the bucks on other person. I think VW should also think about the way they choose dealers and quality of staff dealers hire. More

4-9-16 ram with 8k on miles. i have been in the hunt for a truck for the last 3 months. had to meet me my needs and budget. quad cab for our soon tobe here little girl. 4x4 for ou i have been in the hunt for a truck for the last 3 months. had to meet me my needs and budget. quad cab for our soon tobe here little girl. 4x4 for our farm land and low mileage if used for it to be a future vehicle. we found a 2012 dodge ram withunder 10k on miles. everything we needed. tommy was super cool friendlu and even left his morning meeting early to get theball rolling. see you in about a year tommy when we trade up on our lincoln. New engine after 5 months owned! Water pump failure, oil pan thread issues, gas door won't lock, and replaced engine in 5 months. Yikes. Love the car, but rethinking this purchase as Water pump failure, oil pan thread issues, gas door won't lock, and replaced engine in 5 months. Yikes. Love the car, but rethinking this purchase as the car only has 35k miles Think I was lied to on the vehicle, but could be wrong. Buying process was fine and unorthodox on my end as the car was delivered to Omaha. That was great, but gas door was broken on delivery. After five months I took the car in for routine maintenance after having one oil change performed as well in that time frame. Low oil pressure light would come on occasionally but go off for a day or so before scheduled maintenance. Literally a mile away from dealership in Omaha, and water pump fails and engine starts smoking as I pull in the lot. What are the chances! Long story short water pump replacement, oil pan replacement, and new engine on the way from Germany. Some gear broke and shards of metal in engine. Guys said they have never seen anything like this. Hate to give a negative review, but this is a serious issue. Price seemed too good to be true on purchase, and it looks like it was. Again, could be wrong but things don't add up on the vehicle. Omaha dealership is fixing issues, but I'm on the hook for some items as warranty is only covering certain things. One more problem after this and getting rid of the car. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else! GM needs to be made aware. More

I came in looking for a specific vehicle and it was there priced right with the right options! They were friendly and thorough with every aspect of the purchase! I was really pleased with the fact that they delivered the title and key when I wasn't able to take off work to get them. I will recommend this dealership and especially the salesman!
