I had had extremely bad luck getting any service that could get it running again to get it back to the Twin Cities ( 4 hours away ) Finally on my 3rd visit to Fargo in one month. I found a dealership who could address the issues in a truthful and helpful say and manage to work it out so that I drove home in a brand new car and a good feeling about the whole experience. Any the way I felt on my way to Fargo this last time - that was a tall order! More

Initially we could not come to an agreement, but they worked with me, and got me the be I contacted Gateway about pricing, as my lease was coming up. I am not always easy to negotiate with, but the entire staff was courteous and professional throughout the process. The service I received from Arthur was above and beyond. He even stayed after closing time to help me set up the truck. This was the 4th vehicle I've purchased at Gateway in the last 3 years, and they really tried to understand my needs. They didn't just sell me a vehicle to meet a quota. Thanks, I'll be back again when my lease is up. Great Service and a Great Deal, who wouldn't come back! More
