He has us leaving there on Sunday knowing we were making the best decision for our family! We are so grateful to the whole staff at Lia who made this such a pleasant, quick, experience. We love our new car so far and will certainly recommend them in the future! And a special thank you to Jon Alaimo who referred us to this dealership! Great experience! Jason did the final paperwork and was great as well! I'm sure others helped, those are the only names I remember! More

Dissatisfied Customer Initially I was pleased with my dealings with the dealership, but then experienced a problem with getting the gift card I was entitled to for a referr Initially I was pleased with my dealings with the dealership, but then experienced a problem with getting the gift card I was entitled to for a referral I gave my salesperson, Mary Botova. initially she responded to my follow up and I was told it could take 30 days to process and receive. Needless to say, the 30 days came and went with no gift card. I sent two follow up emails and she never responded. I found this very disappointing as my referrals had resulted in two very easy sales for her. I ended up dealing with some one in the main Honda customer service who had contacted me as a result for a survey I submitted. She was proactive on my behalf and I finally received the gift card I was entitled to. Needless to say, I won't be providing additional referrals to this dealership. I also found that my salesperson was not either not that knowledgeable on my vehicle or was steering me to vehicles on the lot, my friends felt the same thing after we all did more research and found out information we were not provided about the models we purchased. Needless to say while I am pleased with my new vehicle, I wasn't with my dealings with my salesperson and told three other friends who I was going to refer to shop elsewhere. More
Absolutely the best experience all the way around A friend brought me to Lia b/c of his good experience, I spoke with Edwin Guzman in sales who went above and beyond to assist me in a very anxiety pro A friend brought me to Lia b/c of his good experience, I spoke with Edwin Guzman in sales who went above and beyond to assist me in a very anxiety provoking purchase (of my own doing not his) Edwin was calm, non aggressive, personable, and incredibly professional through the whole process. So I bought the CRV of my dreams and couldn't be happier! The finance dept. I think his name was Jason, was as equally personable and professional. Mary who was almost tasked with giving me a ride home when I mistakenly had myself dropped off was also personable and professional, the service dept. who sold me the chrome tailpipe that Edwin put on before I picked up my CRV and called two days later with a date for the next oil change, the woman at the desk as you go in, EVERYONE was amazing. I got the price I wanted, and an amazing vehicle and they made it worth going there with their non aggressive treatment and utmost professionalism. More

Proceed With Caution I was shopping around for a 2016/2017 Honda Fit LX; in order to proceed with the search, I needed three questions answered: 1) Could I see the car 2) I was shopping around for a 2016/2017 Honda Fit LX; in order to proceed with the search, I needed three questions answered: 1) Could I see the car 2) How much would I get for a trade-in and 3) What would my costs be from start to finish. I was shown the EX instead of the LX, never could get a trade-in amount no matter how many times I asked and my start to finish costs were listed on the P. O. using very "creative" math, if you get my drift. At one point, the Sales Rep put her hand out and said, "Congratulations, you got the price you wanted, $14,000." I did not shake her hand because I still had not been told the trade in value or the start to finish price. I looked at the bottom of the P.O. and the finished price was well over $18,000! Once home, I checked online for the cost of particular accessories and found quite a difference in cost once again. Oh, my. I met with the Manager to discuss my concerns regarding the Sales Rep and found myself going along just to get along. It appeared that the Sales Rep was only reflecting her employers approach, although the Manager was not as rude as the Sales Rep. I did much online research and comparisons before visiting the showroom. I would advise everyone to take the time to do so. Proceed with caution. More

Best business transaction ever ! I purchased a 2016 CR V and have to say this was the easiest business / purchase transaction I have ever made. Rudy (salesman) is very pleasant and we I purchased a 2016 CR V and have to say this was the easiest business / purchase transaction I have ever made. Rudy (salesman) is very pleasant and well informed ,answered any question accurately, demonstrated all the features and set up many of them to my preferences. Total time from walking into show room to signing the purchase & finance agreements was 90 minutes. This included,test drive,financing,trade in value, selecting options etc. My vehicle was ready the following day and I was in & out in about an hour. I would recommend Lia Honda & Rudy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
