I had to make many trips to Butler Toyota over a period of several months because Toyota was not able to supply me with the van I wanted. I wanted a red van with a grey interior and the staff at Butler searched everywhere they could, beginning in early Oct. 2016 but was never able to find me a van as requested, so on March 15,2017 I gave up on red and went to my second choice of silver-gray. My two previous vans were a red 2007 Sienna and a red 2012 Sienna and this was to be my 3rd red Sienna but due to Toyota's usability to supply a red 2017 FWD Sienna Limited Premium, I had to settle for my 2nd choice. I have great confidences and respect for all at Butler Toyota in Macon, but very disappointed in Toyota National's ability or unwillingness to supply over a several month period the van I was willing to purchase. I have only the highest respect for Butler Toyota Macon, Ga. but not for Toyota National. More

It was clear from the start that he was straightforward and wanted to make sure I got the truck that fit me, not simply the first or most expensive one. I put a lot of effort and thought into purchases like this and if you take it seriously too, you should go see Zack. I know I'll be sending anyone I can his way. You won't be disappointed. More

Jerry was extremely helpful, and advised me that my carbon ceramic brakes were starting to wear excessively, and the Michelin Pilot Cup GT3 tires were wearing excessively. He fully understood that I needed to get back on the track, so we would reschedule at a later date in the off-season. He informed me that the technician working on my vehicle had previously experience as a race driver, and pit crew member. Jerry, his technician, and his years of experience eased my tensions of bringing such an unusual vehicle to Butler Toyota. Thank you. More
