General manager Peter Hern and the entire staff made the entire experience a pleasure, spending as much time as I needed to explain every aspect of the ordering process and about the car I was about to order. They kept me appraised of the status of my order, My salesman, Florin Burghiu was especially helpful, spending over 3 hours when I took delivery of the car explaining the functions of the new technology, endlessly patient with my many questions. He has since called to see if I have any questions. The finance staff went to great lengths in helping me understand the options available and arranging additional services to make ownership more convenient for me so that traveling the sixty-six miles from New Hampshire was well worth the trip. Went from a 2012 to a 2013 new body style mkz on an early bird turn in with lower monthly payments. My third lease was a mkc on Special order which takes the better part of two months. A vehicle with the same options came in and the customer changed their mind. Received a call from Bill Owen and was in the car by the end of week. Only one and a half years into a three year lease and was able to upgrade to a better mkc for a lower monthly payment again. Bill Owen is excellent to work with before during and after the deal.
