Customized Service and excellent buying experience! I had been researching a replacement Yukon for a couple of months. One Sunday morning I discovered exactly what I was looking for on Amesbury Chevy's I had been researching a replacement Yukon for a couple of months. One Sunday morning I discovered exactly what I was looking for on Amesbury Chevy's website - excellent descriptions, pictures and enough to motivate to me to go the 30 miles to check it out. Was met by Kelcey at the door, told him what we wanted and after taking some information, we were on a test drive. Kelcey was knowledgeable of the vehicle and shared much information while on an extended test drive to accurately test the truck (a big plus!) The weather was lousy, so we agreed on a return trip to verify the condition of the vehicle and if approved complete the purchase. Kelcey set my expectations on what was needed, how much time to plan and that he'd get me out with the vehicle at the end of that day. I returned as planned, Kelcey coordinated the service team to help me complete my inspection, then hooked me up with Alex to complete the purchase! Tags, title and inspection while I waited and I was driving away! Brian "the High-5 guy" offered his trademark High 5 as I was beginning my exit! Note - I also watched 2 other sales and deliveries by other reps and they were all done quickly and efficiently with happy customers. I highly recommend these guys and this dealership! More

I started out talking about trucks, then I moved to a Bolt, then an inexpensive used car. Every time I came in they welcomed me with open arms and gave me their undivided attention. It would have been perfectly understandable of them to roll their eyes and say "this guy again?". I have taken my cars there to be serviced and always had a great experience, turn out the sales department is just as easy to work with. More

Amesbury Chevrolet helped me through every step of the way and I ended up buying a 2014 equinox that was perfect for me! They even are putting leather seats in for me! I'm picking it up at the end of the week and am hoping it comes out perfect. My experience here versus anywhere else I have gone has been great and I tell anyone looking for a new car to go see Wally (my sales guy), Alex (head of financial) and Brian (the sales manager) the only thing to watch out for is Brian's high fives!
