Grapevine is a bit of a distance for us to get to and there are no other Jaguar dealerships in the area. I asked for a pick up and delivery since they will be too far away from us but they refused to do it. More

The best car purchasing experience I was looking for a new SUV to purchase after a recent hail storm destroyed my current vehicle. I did my homework and looked at car models online. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was not your typical aggressive or over zealous salesman. Awesome Car Buying Experience! I had been stalking the Jaguar XE online for months. Hadn't bought a car in years. Finally walked into Park Place Jaguar-Plano late on a Saturday to I had been stalking the Jaguar XE online for months. Hadn't bought a car in years. Finally walked into Park Place Jaguar-Plano late on a Saturday to see it in person. James McDonald assisted me and he was awesome! Test drove a demo. Told him what I wanted and he made it happen. The exact car I wanted was right there in the showroom. James was professional, friendly, and very accommodating. He even adjusted his schedule to personally deliver my car to where I had to turn in my rental a few days later. Then when we got back to the dealership, he introduced me to some of the service team and took the time to give me a quick tutorial over the features of my new Jaguar. Best car buying experience I have ever had. It was fast and stress-free. I love, love, love my new car! I highly recommend Park Place and James McDonald to anyone needing a vehicle. More
