Poor management I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x I purchased my vehicle late Friday night and the dealership got a denial from the bank on the next Tuesday. They did not call me and ran my credit 3 x on that Tuesday. I only found out through a letter a week later. At this point I had to go to my bank who approved the loan. Once my bank approved the loan the dealership couldn't even send the right paperwork with the correct numbers. I would not recommend to anyone. Not one accommodation from the dealerahip for the worry and headache the caused myself. So unprofessional. More

He listened to my wants and needs, was not pushy, and made me comfortable with the entire process. Once, I asked a question that he felt he had an answer to, and he double checked with a sales manager to make sure he was giving me a correct answer. He was very concerned with representing himself and the dealership in the best possible light. He did that. When I was hesitant about the first deal I was presented, he asked me what would I think was a good deal. I got my deal! After I had decided on my vehicle, I met with Kevin Woods, my financing person, continued the great experience. Walked me through all of the paperwork, explained any questions I had.
