Terrible experience My husband and I went into Gary Rome a little less than a year ago looking for a new (to us) car. We had never bought from a dealership before, so we My husband and I went into Gary Rome a little less than a year ago looking for a new (to us) car. We had never bought from a dealership before, so we were a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect. We had scheduled an appointment and we were made to wait for at least a half an hour. We were condescended by the dealer and the sales manager and they literally never got us out of the seats at the desk to even just sit in a car. They never asked to value our trade and it basically was a big waste of our time. The kicker was in the middle of our appointment, one of the dealer's family members interrupted our meeting to deliver him coffee along with several personal phone calls. If you're expecting to spend $20,000+, I don't think it's too much to ask to have undivided attention when an appointment is made. The only upside was that we got to meet Jack (the cute Vizsla dog in the commercials). He was more attentive than our salesman. We ended up going to a local competitor this weekend, and in 24 hours drove off with a beautiful, loaded Santa Fe Sport for a wonderful deal and a much better experience. Unless you're more knowledgeable than car salespeople and you're a bulldog, go elsewhere for a car. More

Excellent customer Service Today I went to Gary Rome to have screws installed in my old car as well as to schedule an appointment to have the brake system inspected. Sarah helped me to have everything I needed the same day with courtesy and kindness. I forgot to order the bolt and Jose Rivera provided everything needed to have my old car ready to be in the road today. Israel Arce took a few minutes to make sure the screws were installed correctly and that the car was going to be safe to drive. All of them team up to help me and I really felt special. This is not all, I was happily surprised when I got my new car serviced with free oil change and today even washed :) Today I really felt in love with the Gary Rome team. More
