Although we didn't meet him, the owner inquired about our motivation to travel so far to buy a car. Although the primary motivation was the availability of the model we wanted, the dealership's policy of not adding on junk processing and "added service" fees was a refreshing change from the DC area. We also met one the technicians, Zack, who assisted Charlie with any technical questions we had. Zack obviously knows his stuff and he answered our questions fully, and also went over the engine compartment pointing out critical differences of the hybrid drivetrain which an owner should be aware of.
