We apologize that the miscommunication in the service department caused your friend to cover your maintenance fee as well as the changing of the ".com" sticker program. We had to research the best way to reach our customers as many of them are not in our area full-time so a mailing would not have worked the best. We did send out an email, but discovered after the fact that most of our customers did not see this as it went to their spam folder. I sincerely hope you will give our new VIP Program a chance to save you money. We are providing discounts on all service work done, and not just oil changes.
