Leasing our new Equinox This is our second leased vehicle. We leased a 2015 Equinox three years ago from a different dealer. We went to Pietroske's and Deb made us feel very welcome and very much at home. Also the price was very good. She came up with a few GM incentives to get our price down. Deb treated us very well and she told us to call if we have any questions. After we got home, I had a question for her about our new Equinox. She answered my question for me. Good work, bad communication. The work they do on my vehicle was good. My car runs very well. They don't call and update their customers on what's going on with your vehicle. I was under the impression that I just needed a few parts replaced and found out later that they had started replacing my whole engine. Which was under warranty, so it was covered. But they didn't even tell me. They just started it and didn't tell me it was going to take longer or what they were doing. I had to call THEM to get any info. More
