Fantastic service department at Crown Buick GMC! My wife recently brought our 2016 Buick Enclave in for some warranty work recently. Dave did a fantastic job and all went smooth for my wife and three small children. Due to being out of loaner vehicles, they were taken to Enterprise rent a car for a loaner vehicle that was paid for by Crown Buick/GMC. They received a very nice Tahoe to drive for a couple days, and loved it, so much so that we may even purchase a new Yukon because we liked driving the loaner/rental vehicle so much! This is the reason we purchased our Enclave is because of a complimentary loaner when work is being done, which is paramount to our family. It's also great marketing plan to offer new loaner/rental vehicles, because consumers can be impressed and possibly upgrade their current vehicle. Hats off to Crown Buick-GMC. Keep up the good work. More

New Client - New to Florida I'm a new client to Crown GMC and new to the Florida St. Petersburg area (like one week new). David Biagi was my service rep for my Buick's normal oi I'm a new client to Crown GMC and new to the Florida St. Petersburg area (like one week new). David Boldin the real deal!!! When I visited Crown Buick for the 3rd time I was going in to meet with Jeffrey whom I had been in contact with for over a week, but was told he had a When I visited Crown Buick for the 3rd time I was going in to meet with Jeffrey whom I had been in contact with for over a week, but was told he had already left. A little bummed David Boldin quickly won me over. He is super knowledgeable and down to earth. As late as it is was he was more than happy to let me test drive 3 cars that night. I went home with a huge smile on my face because I finally felt like after 2 weeks of looking this guy and the dealership was going to be the place where I found my new car. He knew the ordeal I went through and made it a priority that I got into something dependable and safe. The next day I took up David's entire day, full of paperwork and hard decisions, but with his help I walked away with a beautiful Chevy Captiva!!! This wasn't even the car I had originally went there to see...hidden gem he said. David served 5 star service through the entire process and also made sure Jeffrey was included...what "car salesman" does that? It's more than just about money with him, he cares and actually put me in something he had reserved for a relative. I can't thank him enough...highly recommend working with him.
