Chalmer's Ford stood out as having an incredibly helpful service rep, J.C dealerships in the Albuquerque area about my Ford Focus that was acting up. Chalmer's Ford stood out as having an incredibly helpful service rep, J.C. He spent time on the phone with me setting up an urgent service appointment and he was able to help me that day. I ended up deciding to trade in my car and got a same day appointment with Mike on the sales team. Mike was excellent! He knew everything about the Ford Ranger and answered all my questions during our test drive. He went above and beyond working with my finance requests, taking me back out to the lot as I waffled back and forth about different models, providing me a lift to drop off my rental car at home, and even helping me pull my subwoofer out of the car that I was trading in! It was the best sales experience I have ever had. I also had an excellent experience with Jackie in finance. She was efficient, friendly and helped me pick the right options for my financial situation. She also went above and beyond when there was an issue with my Michigan title for my old car. She even called in her off hours to help resolve the issue. I will be doing all future Ford business with Chalmer’s. More
