We went to a local dealership and wasn't treated well, they really jerked us around. We never owned a GMC before and we have always seen Cochran's advertisement but never really consider going there. Our 2002 Silhouette minivan was inspected on March 26th. Both front sway bar links were replaced because the upper bushings were severely rotted. They also did a multi-point inspection, rotated the tires and checked the tire condition. The state inspection and emissions inspection were completed. We were also advised that the vehicle is approaching the point of diminishing returns--in other words when things go wrong it will not be worth putting much money in this 10 year old vehicle with 160,000 miles on the odometer. We believe this is a very honest assessment of our vehicle's condition. It has been serviced (except for a couple of times when we were on extended vacations in Florida) by #1 Cochran from whom we purchased the vehicle new. Cochran also did some minor collision repair on this vehicle. We have been very pleased with all of our contacts with Cochran and with the service that we have received. We also have a 2011 GMC Terrain purchased from Cochran. We believe that #1Cochran and its employees are very competent, honest and fair. I would recommend #1Cochran to anyone. More
