After my vehicle was inspected by the other Buick dealership, they were a bit over $900 lest than the estimate at Cochran. I would appreciate a refund of $166.08 that I had to pay when I picked up my car to have it transferred. This was for the diagnostic. I understand this is a standard charge even though I had a mechanic run the diagnostic and look at my car before bringing it to you. This is (one reason) why I knew that I was being grossly overcharged. I believe a courtesy refund for all of my troubles is the absolute least you can do for me. I was kind and patient through this process.
