Had my car for 6 days nothing was done. I put a call in to the service manger left a message and NO call back. Very poor business. We were at the dealer and the service guy was off those days and the other said he could not do anything for me. I asked to talk to a manager and he said there wasn’t any manger there. Front brake pad monitor was not working. Tech said it was due to rust on the rotors and would have to replace rotors and brakes. Pads still had over 70 percent life left on them. This truck is used everyday and is garage kept so how did it have time to rust. Also the rear rotors were fine. The truck was also there for inspection and tech said everything was fine. The truck has just under 29,000 miles on it. First time I ever had to replace rotors that early. Also ask them for a price to install new antenna assembly because I damaged mine. I can buy the part at mygmparts.com for $71 and they wanted to charge me over $800.00 to install. The service should be able to be completed in about an hour. I will not be using this dealer in the future for service. More

Common theme, we weren’t trained how to use it and the logins we were sent were wrong. If Cochran is rolling out a program there should be proper training. I understand the teams frustration. If this program is an attempt to retain or gain new customers it’s going to fail. You cannot offer people rewards and not be able to do the redemption. I was able to show the emails that I receive and I was given a discount but it still was not tied to the program. I would suggest reviewing the program and updating team training. More
