I appreciated the low pressure salesmanship of the employees. I went in with a good idea of what I wanted, and they just facilitated the whole thing very nicely, answering all my questions and sending me home with a brand new car within two and a half hours (including test drive) of walking into the dealership.

This is the third Sentra that I have leased from #1 Cochran and Alan has been my sales consultant everytime. He goes above and beyond what is required to always make sure that the car is exactly what I want at the price I feel is fair. He is always there to answer any questions that I have and spends as much time as needed to make sure that I am comfortable in my cars. I will continue to use him as my sales consultant as long as I am leasing cars from Nissan.

I contacted Cochran via internet selected a vehicle and ask for a final price. Within the hour I received the information I ask for and made my appointment. At the dealership I was treated well in a friendly and professional matter. Cochran from the beginning, gave me their lowest price without the usual back and forth. That is what I liked and that is the way it should be. The sales person Mr. Josue Colon was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am from WV and had to drive 2.5 hours to purchase my car and it was worth it.I can only say the best about my experience with Cochran and will contact them first if I need another car in the near future and will recommend them to my friends and family. As a first time car buyer, I researched for weeks to try to figure out what car was best for me. All the information was overwhelming, and most of the salesmen I dealt with at other dealerships were pushy, not well informed, and not very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received at #1 Cochran Nissan South Hills. Jason was extremely personable and easy to talk to. I was a bit nervous about the whole process, being a first time buyer, but he made it pretty simple. Justin made financing as painless as it can be, and I was out the door that same evening with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others in the market for a new car.

Seemed to be bait and switch. Purchase price was negotiated with payments, but in the end I had to reach into my pocket to make.
