We spent 2 1/2 hours to get a diagnostic run to fix a problem with the parking brake. When finished we were shown a list of recommended things that needed to be done. One thing was a picture of a filthy cabin filter, I had changed the filter about 6 months ago, I change this filter every year year and it is never dirty, as we never drive on dirt roads. Then the man said he would get our bill ready and come for us,we waited about 15 minutes and then I went to see what the hold up was and he had not even started on it. Then it took about 10 minutes to bring it to us. The items that were recommended to us was over$3300. One of the items was to replace the rear brake calipers to stop a noise when the park brake was engaged this was over$1300. I left this dealership with a very bad feeling. I had a feeling that it did not matter how much time we had to wait there. By the way we purchased our CRV from this dealership. More

Vehicle was brought in for a scheduled oil change. I was advised at this time that there was a recall related to the fuel pump. Our 2021 CRV had a strange electrical problem that turned out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the out to be very difficult to diagnose. At first it seemed that 6th Ave Honda was unwilling to uphold the warranty that we purchased when we bought the car from them. However, once Blake assumed responsibility for our service ticket, we were frequently updated on the (many) efforts being made to fix the problem. Blake was very tenacious in tackling the problem, and although it took more several months, in the end our CRV was fixed and our warranty was fully upheld. Thank you Blake! More
