Hello, Our doors are always open to receive feedback and improve our processes. Our goal is to provide the best customer service and create a favorable experience for everyone. March 2022 your vehicle was brought in for diagnosis and repair. After testing your battery, we advised the battery needed to be replaced and a written quote was provided. The work was agreed upon and completed; a time later, you expressed your concern over price differences. As we explained, our Honda warranties are not the same as other vendor warranties and again we reminded you of the warranty. After my Service Team was treated very rude and cursed at, I was informed. When you and I visited, I had a similar experience as my Service Team. As good will I offered to refund you the difference of the batteries and asked you to not return to the store, as mistreatment of my staff is not acceptable. You returned on 10/11/2023 requesting an oil change and we completed the work; and, we even honored our coupon posted on our website. My Team and I only ask that we are treated with the same respect we extend to our customers. Sincerely, Jason Banister
