I recently purchased a Ford Escape Titanium from Ace Ford. I was helped through the purchase process by Christopher. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, Fred walked me through the financing and patiently answered all of my questions. ACE Motors Body Shop was recommended by my insurance company, NJM as a preferred repair shop. My 2010 Toyota Corolla was damaged when I struck a deer. My claim information was easily transmitted to ACE from NJM (I did not have to get involved in the details at all). ACE quickly took me in for an estimate, explained clearly what they were going to repair and/or replace. The estimate was fully detailed. ACE scheduled my appointment. The work took exactly the amount of days estimated. The workmanship was flawless. The paint blending was exceptional. The car was left cleaner than I when I had dropped it off. I intend to use ACE for any future needed repair jobs, and certainly would recommend them to my friends. I should note that that after receiving an estimate from ACE, I called the Toyota dealer from which I purchased my vehicle to inquire what body shop they use to repair their vehicles. The salesman with whom I have purchased two vehicles from indicated that he would not recommend their body shops, and that they were aware of ACE Motors Body Shop and knew that their reputation was good. The BEST dealer I ever used! I walked into the dealership with a set price in mind for a car, not knowing what kind i could afford. I saw and fell in love with a used mustang GT that looked brand new. I said with a set price in mind for a car, not knowing what kind i could afford. The salesman pulled out a flyer and showed me that the car i saw was UNDER what I wanted to pay! I then took the car to my mechanic who told me, "if you dont buy it, i will" That was all i needed to hear, checked the carfax and went to buy my car. When I got prepared to sign the papers, the salesman suggested that i first call my car insurance company, as it was a GT and most insurance companies charge more. He didnt want me to be surprised when i got a huge bill next month. Turned out that Geico didnt raise my rate by much and i was happy. I bought an extended warranty to feel safe, and left happily. A couple days later, a snow storm hit and I tried to start the car---it wouldnt start. I called the dealer expecting a fight or a "its not our problem" attitude. To my surprise, a tow truck was sent within 15 mins and some stupid cable or something was reconnected. A few years later, I was 2hrs from home and called because my car bucked and the check engine light came on. I wanted an appt the next day---instead i was told to come right to the shop. I was even told they would WAIT for me if i got there passed quitting time!!!! The repairs and auto body depts are great--and EVERY employee treats you with respect and kindness. LOVE LOVE LOVE them. I even wrote to ford to tell them how pleased i was. I have sent countless friends there, and always take my car, my brother's car, and my mom's there for repairs. More

We just hit the one year anniversary of our 2009 Edge and we love it just as much as the first day we bought it. I have given the above ratings for this FORD dealership because I have always found that ACE FORD is made up of individuals who care about their customers and their vehicles. For the last fifteen plus years I have purchased our two family vehicles, one van and one passenger vehicle from ACE FORD due to their dilligence in satisfying the customers. Whether it be the body shop, service or sales, they all are willing to go that extra mile to help you with whatever the problem is. I have referred many individuals to ACE FORD for those reasons and no one has called me saying they were not satisfied with ACE FORD or their employees. When I was Chief of Police I found that they could do fleet service and we signed up. Police vehicles must be kept in tip top shape for officer safety and I knew ACE FORD could handle the task at hand and I was always satisfied with their performance and honest assessment of a problem. Police vehicles always take a beating. They would take the time to describe the problem and offer other alternatives, always quoting honest pricing. ACE FORD has always backed their products and have always extended themselves past what they are required to do to make the customer happy. I am a "very particular about my vehicles" customer of theirs and they have stood the test of time. I have dealt with several other FORD dealers in New Jersey and found ACE FORD to be number 1 for me. I would recommend ACE FORD to anyone, whether Ford lover or not, for service, dependability, customer relations, support, and follow up on all their functions.
