I've purchased numerous cars in my lifetime and this was the worst experience ever. I don't know who Jerry Howell is. Never met him. I've learned more about KIA from the gentlemen I spoke to on the phone the worst experience ever. I don't know who Jerry Howell is. Never met him. They didn't speak to me about vehicle service, extended warranty etc. I never saw nor spoke to finance during my visit. He was knowledgeable and patient. Would not recommend ALM's. More

I was very pleased with the sales Representatives. Mr. Peoples and Benjamin Rieves. As far as follow ups by the finance department and general manager, it lacked any customer service.
