They don't have a shop there so we needed to have some fluids changed as part of manufacturer suggested maintenence. But, even with the cost of the routine service, we made out in the deal compared with other dealers sale prices. They gave a very fair trade in for my car. I bought a 3 year old Toyota and thought I'd done my research and took steps to insure I'd get a good car. My car had a clean CARFAX and AUTOCHECK and I had the car sent for pre-inspection at a Toyota dealership. Here's where the nagging doubts start to creep in. The inspection said front and rear bumper had some painting indicating some damage and I asked about it. Ed said it was from some stones hitting the bumper while driving. The day before I asked about their websites "We offer Buy Back Guarantee and Limited Warranty on top of Factory Warranty at Internet Full Price". Ed said they take back cars that had major problems like problems associated with the powertrain but the papers I stupidly signed the contract that disavowed any buyback so insist it's in there because GBM hopes you forgot about it like I did. I signed the as-is warranty leaving me with just a manufacturer's warranty on the powertrain. The next day we had the oil changed and was told the oil filter was the wrong one and too small for the car. Then I stepped back from the car at a distance and noticed paint was on the frame behind the wheel well so it more than bumper damage. The other side also had some "rippling" on the underside frame. I hope that's they only problem because I don't have another $16,000+ to throw away. Maybe the car is ok and I hope so because my wife and babies lives may depend on it. More

I spoke with Andrew by phone and he helped me find their location. He showed me a few cars, encouraged me to drive one and then sat down to review details of all the cars he had available-- based upon MY interests. He knows exactly how to treat his customers-- with respect by providing great service and information. For several days thereafter, I continued with a horrific car-buying experience elsewhere. I lost $3k to an online by-owner ad scam, I continued to look online and even went to a few OTHER DEALERS-- only to be treated disrespectfully by pushy salespeople trying to "get me into" their cars of the day. I wanted a Honda and they wanted to get me into a VW, Chevy, Etc. They could care less what I really wanted and had no interest in me...OTHER DEALERS FOCUS ON THE INTERESTS OF THE SALESPEOPLE! This reality led me directly back to Andrew at GBM. When I returned, Andrew took great care of me and sold me the perfect car. I recently was in the market for a used vehicle and attempted to drive to another dealership, however I had some trouble finding the dealership. I called 3 times and was greeted by employees who didn't attempted to drive to another dealership, however I had some trouble finding the dealership. I called 3 times and was greeted by employees who didn't seem interested in ensuring a potential customer made it to the site. I never made it to the site. Upon calling GBM, I spoke with Andrew and he was extremely helpful in walking me through their processes. He seemed enthusiastic to help even though I hadn't committed to buying a car. Once I headed to the dealership he ensured I had adequate directions. While waiting for all the paper work to clear he was very interpersonal and it felt like having a conversation with a friend as opposed to a car dealer. I have purchased several cars and must say this was one of the best buying experiences. Everyone at the dealership was nice and helpful. After searching ALL DAY and dealing with pushy, and expensive dealerships, it was a complete breath of fresh air to find this place! The staff were all so laid back and helpful. We test drove the car we had found online and fell in love! And best of all the price was already WAY below others we had looked at and it was the same car! They take all of the pain and stress of having to go back and forth negotiating the price. Next time we go car shopping GBM will be our first stop! More

The dealer was great in providing information about a used vechile I was interested in. The price was way under other dealers around Atlanta and I couldn't figure out the reasoning. They provided full CarFax reports showing how it was a lease only and advised they don't have much overhead and the greatest location so they make up for it in pricing. You may not look at this place as your typical location when shopping for a car and stopping by, but the money you will save for the value you get is certainly worth it. They were pretty quick to get the paperwork done so you are out the door fast. You don't have a lot of the bells and whistles of other dealerships, but to save a few thousand dollars I can live without a big fancy setup. More
