This is the second time responding to your email. I have not received a call about a car that I’m financing for 2 weeks. I one has contacted me and has my car sitting. The dealership is dodging my calls as well as Chase. The only thing i did wrong here was purchase the car from the wrong place obviously and now I’m being retaliated against for posting a review of the true experience I had. This is sad and evil.

Wow! That is not what happened at all. I have always called there and been professional. Wow! And to have been a customer that has been called the N word in front of customers and staff and I’ve given this information to the GM and Manager on staff, no one rectified the situation nor gave it any attention. Yet, ALM is quick to lash back out at me for a negative review and believe nonsense someone said when I have talked to EVERYONE of your staff members professionally. Instead of trying to help me and fix the mistake, I’m being retaliated against, phone calls ignored, and lied on. I just wanted to purchase a car and now I’m being treated as if I did something to you guys. After this transaction, ALM will never have to worry about me unless it’s in court. I just want the solution for my vehicle. I also had a witness on the phone bc that was the only way I was able to contact ALM because you guys were dodging my calls since the sale of the call. This person is amazed by the allegations brought forth about the conversation because they were on the phone as well. This has been the worst transaction and I really have been as professional as I can with you guys. All I can say is WOW!

No Sir You did not make the repairs I never came to your dealership You did not repair the liftgate moulding you did not fix the brakes the same damaged rear brake rotors are still on the car if I want to drive the cat this has to be repaired,In the car description you stated the car had all weather floor mates there is no floor mates at all, the car was not serviced the oil needs changing I will never purchase a used car from your dealership or refer anyone to you U talked to one of the sales managers and he stated the car would be repaired but you ripped me off this time but nrver again
