First of all, Omar Jallow, our salesman was great. Very accommodating and went above what was required to make the sale. The finance guy (didn’t get his name) was VERY rude, slipping fees in hoping we didn’t notice, then getting angry when we disagreed. He got up and walked off, telling us we could go elsewhere. He then initiated a verbal confrontation with our salesman while he was working with us. His conduct was extremely unprofessional. They did have a lot of cars and plenty of salespeople, but next time we’ll go elsewhere. More

The dealership is good although they could be a bit quicker. It shouldn’t take 1 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Attention to detail is key.
