The people who work at Kia are very respectful and nice. My review is poor because I made a 9:30 am appointment to have a Kai key cut and reprogrammed, I sat there for over two hours. When I was finally told they were done the fob had no key. We had to wait another 20 minutes to get the key! It should never had taken that long. More
