I will never go to Ableoff for a car again. Last year I bought a 12' Chevy Malibu form them and it has a blown moter already. Their used vehicles are not serviced, and their customer service matches their quality of work. I have asked multiple times to see the service records of what their shop did and that never happened. When I when in to remove the over priced extended warrenty off my car they kept pushing me out the door saying they were busy. The last day I was their another customers came in complaining about a leak from his new vehicle the sales men told the guy he bought the car as is but we will look into it for you, than proceeded to laugh about the problem with his coworkers. This in not the place anyone should be buying a vehicle from. More

Not a happy customer Bought a GMC Sierra, had issues with break, AC, and transmission. Dropped the ball My husband and I bought a car here in February and yesterday I went to get the oil change/tire rotation combo done that is included in the purchase. My husband and I bought a car here in February and yesterday I went to get the oil change/tire rotation combo done that is included in the purchase. I also was getting a scratch fixed. I had called and ordered the paint the previous week and they had called me to tell me it had arrived and we made the appointment to get it all done. I spoke with the guy three times in total and everything was set up and good to go. I drove the 117 miles and showed up about 15 minutes early to find that I had no appointment at all, never put it in the computer, actually forgot to put it in. I'm not kidding. They asked if I could come back, what? I was dumbfounded. They did squeeze me in for the oil change and I had to purchase the paint pen so I can take it to get the scratches fixed in my area. Totally dropped the ball. I won't be back for the second free oil change included with my purchase. I wasted a tank of gas and a day. More
