They performed a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and charged me to do it. I can go to any tire shop and they'll do it for free. They charged me over $250 to do this service. Main reason I took truck in was because of a problem with my radio. At time of pickup it still wasn't fixed and they weren't about to put in a new radio even though the truck is still under warranty. I'll never go back. they're location isn't the greatest anyway unless you work at Chrysler in Tipton. More
