My Review of Acme Nissan:
I had the worst time I have ever had at this dealership. It is quite a long story, but in a nutshell, they wouldn't fix my car (wanted me to pay for it, but it was supposed to be under warranty, even Pep Boys knew that, and the dealership didn't) and they are supposed to. I did not buy my car there, but I did buy it new, only it was at another dealership that did not have a service department. I have had problems with my 2000 Nissan Sentra after a year of owning it and this dealership giving my grief over a problem that was a common problem (I have since found out) with the year and model of the car was the icing on the cake. I am still trying to straighten out who is supposed to pay for my new catalytic converter. (Should a 2000 need a new catalytic converter? I'm thinking NO) So I shouldn't have to pay for it since it is obvously a problem that is still covered under it's warranty. It has 45,000 miles. I'm just sick and tired of dealing with them.

My Review of Acme Nissan:
I have purchased (3) vehicles from Acme and my daughter has purchased (2). The reason for this has been the courteous fashion and superb service we have received in the past. I have never had a problem with this dealer. The owner PJ also took the time to ask us if we were satisfied in all aspects of their sales and service. I will continue to do business with this organization as long as the quality of their service remains as it has been over the last 20 years. Tom Bradley of the service department has always been responsive to my needs. Bill Susan the sales rep. was courteouos and informative at all times even though it looked as though I was procrastinating.
