Humming noise when turning I've come here every since I purchased my Acura!! I love the whole team. Service is EPIC PRIME and so genuine! They pay attn to details. Io remember the first time I came in. I met Koral, she was on it, knowledgeable and detailed to give me the best overviews and service. When she has her day off ( hope she is being even more fabulous) I miss her! Today, Larry Hecht took good care of me. He double checked all points to make sure and it was my electrical power steering. I had to lol at myself, Larry made sure I felt great about it. He reminded me of my tires today ( thanks for the sincere reassurance) Offered a great deal final price out the door. I will be back as always. Acura Duluth ROCKS!! Oh and don''t forget the muffins and my Starbucks... Yay! Even the other Acura owners are cool to chat with in the chill area. Glad to be an Acura Owner. More

great customer service we were shopping in johns creek. The car would not statrt. I called Larry at accura, he gave me the number for road side assisitance. I called corry, we were shopping in johns creek. The car would not statrt. I called Larry at accura, he gave me the number for road side assisitance. I called corry, he knew exactly where we were. He told us the battery was dead. I called Larry back and told him this, he said bring it in and they would replace the battery. I brought our vehicle in for service and warranty work and Larry made me feel very welcome and got me in a Larry Hecht and his team are fantastic!!!! They kept me very informed on what was having to be done to my vehicle and wanted to make sure I was happy with the loaner vehicle. Love this dealership I have been going to Acura Carland for service since Paul Ashford was first employed there. Jack Haney was my service advisor until he retired recent I have been going to Acura Carland for service since Paul Ashford was first employed there. Jack Haney was my service advisor until he retired recently. My new advisor is Gil Michelson and I am so very pleased to work with Gil. He is personable, friendly, and efficient. I get in and out in a timely manner. While I wait, there is coffee, water , TV and computers available while I wait in comfort. Gil take time to talk while we walk back to his service desk and we have discovered common interests. He is a pleasure to work with! More
