I first want to thank Vince Roberts, who was my salesman. I previously had a bad experience at Sons Acura, and I decided to call Acura Carland to see if anyone there could help me. Vince took my call, and I am so glad he did. I already knew what I wanted so I was able to negotiate over the phone. My husband and I went to meet Vince the next day and the entire process of buying my car went so smooth. Vince gave my husband a tour of the dealership, walked him through the process of bringing the car in for service, he personally walked me through how all the features worked. He was awesome! He made a process that started out as a disaster so much better for me. Bryan Geiss, who was the business manager, was amazing too. He did a great job explaining the additional warranties to me, and actually convinced me to purchase it by showing me how it would benefit me. Bryan really knew his stuff..
