This made me give Acura Caraland another shot and Bill was 110% professional and courteous to my whole family. He made me feel on top of the world and I would buy another car from him because I fell in love with Acura. The price has to be right though :). I would also check on the finance managers attitude, he seemed very obnoxious at first but the service manager went in and brought him back to reality. More

"Best Experience Ever" Mark Lieberman was a really great sales person to work with. He was patient and never pushy. I knew I was getting a truck today I had my eyes set on the Acura mdx truck or the BMW x5 well me and my husband stopped at BMW first and didn't get no service. I walked around the lot looking and not 1 person came up to ask if they could help me and others just looked at me from the inside show room so I figured they felt I was a waste of time and couldn't afford a truck so I left and went over to Acura. Best day of my life because the truck I wanted was sitting right there color and all the mdx sh awd black on black. and when I turned around here comes MARK to greet me. So like they say good things come to those who wait. I waited and drove 10 minutes more and I'm happier then I ever been so go see Mark Lieberman at Acura Carland in Duluth and be the happiest you will ever be too..... More
