My wife and I came to the Acura Columbus dealership for service on our 2014 MDX. We only intended to take a test drive of the 2022 MDX. We were introduced to Sam by Tom Cole. Sam did an outstanding job of explaining and demonstrating, in detail, the features on the new 2022 MDX. We were so impressed with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. Spent a great deal of time with us and at the conclusion of our conversation we decided to purchase a new vehicle. Also want to mention that we met with Adam in the finance department. . He was also very easy to work with and highly knowledgeable. Finally, I can’t say enough about Tom Cole and the way he helped us navigate what can be a fairly complex process.
