Service department has always been great for me I continue to have good experiences with the service department at Acura of Berlin. Keith was the service advisor on this visit and he handled everyth I continue to have good experiences with the service department at Acura of Berlin. The visit took a little longer because a stone was caught in the brake caliper (not the first time with an RDX). But there was no extra charge and the problem was resolved. More
