I stopped by the dealership on December 31st -- realizing that it was one of their busiest days. Niso and Enrique were great to work with and Bernardi had a large selection of MDX's in inventory to choose from. I had my two young daughters with me and they expedited us through the paperwork -- as my daughters' attention span was limited. I was also impressed that Enrique and a fellow Bernardi employee helped me out by delivering my MDX to my house. More
This was our first purchase of an Acura and our first experience at Acura of Boston. In particular, our salesperson, Dumitru, was exceptionally helpful and thorough, spending several hours with us (over 3 visits) to make a deal that was satisfactory to everyone involved and to make sure that we understood the operation of our car. After spending a couple of hours going over the complex audio and navigational system, Dumitru even offered to be available for further tutorial assistance, if needed. He expedited registration and paperwork for the auto insurance, advised about future servicing of the car, and also installed our transponder for us! Who could ask for anything more? We plan to use Acura of Boston to service our car. If the service department is as competent, attentive and personable as Dumitru, we will feel very lucky, indeed, to have purchased a car through this dealership. My wife and I had some other manufacturers' models in mind for a new or slightly used car and had not researched Acura models as much. We went in to see what they had, being mostly familiar with the TL. We spent about 3.5 hours with Dumitru, looking at new and used TL's and TSX's, test driving some of them, negotiating a price, etc. We really liked a 2010 TSX with 2200 miles they had available, but being not that familiar with TSX's we wanted to do a bit more research on them and also still check out some other manufacturers' models. When we informed him after spending quite a bit of time with us he remained patient, pleasant and very professional. We ended up buying the car a couple days later. The whole purchasing process was great. Dumitru is very detail oriented and made it all very easy. Also Larry, the pre-owned sales manager who we dealt with during the price negotiation process, was similarly in his attitude. Same goes for Al who is the finance manager. We never got a bad vibe from the staff, they treat you really well. They don't try to push you into a direction you don't want. When we picked up the car Dumitru spent about half an hour with us going over all the features of it, pointing out all the bells and whistles (he set up the Bluetooth for our phones). Just more customer service details he is dedicated to. We really recommend this dealership, the sales staff is great. More

Steve was extremely helpful in explaining the 2011 RDX. He was very patient. He loaded my blue tooth cell phone numbers in the HFL system and me how to use it. It was such a great pleasure working with Jeff Lui. He was friendly, knowledgeable and understood what we were looking for. Jeff was not pushy like most consultants that I had talked to. My family usually goes to Acura of Peabody for our sales and services but from now on we will be going to Acura of Boston instead. I am very happy that I found the car that I wanted. Also, what impressed me the most was that even though Jeff had a very busy Friday with all other sales, he spent his time in the end to go over everything with me about my new car from how to set up the basic functions to how to maintain the vehicle properly. Overall, my family and I had such a pleasant experience buying my new vehicle. Jeff and the staff there made the process very easy and fun. I went in to look at a 2010 MDX and ended up purchasing a 2011. Zach was very helpful. When the car was not ready on the date arranged it was delivered to my home the next day. After I bought my car, I had trouble syncing up the car with my garage door opener. Josh and then Saran came to my house (2 visits), and as it turned out, the Overhead Door mechanism needed to be adjusted with my garage door opener. Josh and then Saran came to my house (2 visits), and as it turned out, the Overhead Door mechanism needed to be adjusted before syncing. We did not know that on the 1st visit. On the 2nd visit, Saran climbed up to the mechanism on the garage ceiling and fixed what needed to be done after speaking with Overhead Door man. Then he synced the car. It was great that these men were willing to come over 2 times for the same issue. And then Saran was re-briefing me on how to use certain things in the car that I hadn't used yet. This is the 2nd car I bought new from this dealership - not because of the dealership, but due to the excellent caring staff. More
Really great guys to deal with. My local dealer in VT is TERRIBLE. Shearer Acura.. not good! The dealer used to be 'Lewis Acura' and they were even worse.
