My Review of Acura of Brookfield:
I have never received friendlier service from any dealer. I used to bring my old 1990 Acura Integra in for servicing here when I was in college a few years ago and they treated me with hospitality and respect as if I were 50 years old pulling up in an RL. The service is very friendly and helpful. In all the years I went there (about four) The service department made only one mistake, which was not securing the plastic splash guard under the front suspension after servicing, and it came loose while driving home. I drove back and they replaced it for free without argument or dirty looks. The parts department was extremely helpful and friendly as well. I definitely recommend this dealer for servicing and parts.

My Review of Acura of Brookfield:
Would NEVER buy a car from these guys again. They are so old school and act as though consumers did not have other choices (like Lexus across the street). Next time I will buy from Libertyville Acura who are straight forward people, don't try to sell you options that you don't need, and give you a competitive price.

This dealer is quite annoying at the begining when I bought my car. The sales rep was really look down on me *he thought that I couldn't afford to buy the car). However, lately when I put my car to service, one of the service rep. is very friendly and helpful. Therefore, in terms of service, I'd recommend all the acura owners to come to the service department of acura Brookfield
