My Review of Acura of Glendale:
I bought an TL with navigation system from this dealer. It was the most extraordinary car buying experience I have ever had. I went shopping at another dealer, horrible experience. I then got quotes from a couple of other dealers via the Internet and asked the Glendale people if they could meet the price. They were straight, honest and helpful. I have recommended them to almost everyone I know. The husband/wife team who owns the dealership are hands on and care about their staff and their customers. It shows. Bravo to them for turning a cynic into a believer. And by the way, I LOVE my car, too.

I just bought a TL and I admit, I'm pleased with Acura of Glendale. I had been to three other dealers and the "salespersons" were very push and unfriendly. I had called at Acura of Glendale and when I arrived there a different salesperson greeted me. They made me feel at home while they went to find my salesperson I had called. Both salespeople were knowledgable about the TL and I got a great price!!!!!!!!!! I totally recommend them!!!

I really don't know if i'm gonna reccommend this dealership though our agent is very accommodating but still gave us a wrong information regarding maintenace services. i know they should or have been trained to at least to give info 95% correct info regarding the vehicle their selling.

Well aside from that other saleman are not that helpful specially if your looking for another agent that you have spoke over the phone before going there.

Heidi and Nelson were both a pleasure to work with. They provided me the most unique experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Although they did not have the overall best price, I felt most comfortable dealing with Heidi. I felt that I could trust her, unlike the other dealers. She never pressured me into any decision and offered all the information that I needed. She was straight forward and I never felt that she was trying to sell me something I did not want. I have already recommended her and Nelson to several of my friends and would definitely purchase a car from her again. Overall an excellent experience.

I am a sales manager for a consulting firm; thus, I usually don't look too highly among "quick sell" types. Heidi and Nelson were very professional, straight forward, honest, but initially couldn't get me the best price. What I realized later is that their price was honest; whereas the other dealers were doing the old bait and switch technique. I also received the best deal on my trade. Nelson really worked with my budget to make everything work out. A very good experience where I squeezed their margins, yet they still treated me very well. I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up.

This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I emailed them my target price, they came back with a $500 discount. I walked in the dealer the next day, check in hand, and walked out with my new car. People were friendly and not pushy at all.

I received an up-front low price over the phone from Nelson at Acura of Glendale. As a result of this straight-forward approach, I came from the Bay area to buy my car. I even told him I would give my local dealer a chance to come near his price, and he didn't try to dissuade me. (Needless to say, they didn't, after three rounds of haggling.) When I arrived, my out-the-door price was exactly as quoted, nobody tried to push anything on me, and I drove my new car away an hour later. I couldn't recommend them more highly. (And if you're in the Bay area, you couldn't have much more fun in your new car than driving up the coast.)

I just bought a 2005 TL w/o Navigation from Glendale. I live in San Diego and the only dealer in the county is Cush. They have some scam they call the protection package which they are adding to every TL for $569. Glendale doesn't pull this stunt, but rather tells you where to go buy the accessories for less that half the price. Cush didn't think I would walk out of their showroom, hop on the internet and get the great deal and service that I received at Glendale. I highly recommend anyone in San Diego county - if you are looking for any Acura - look up Nelson at Glendale - He will take care of you , trust me. SC

I was out for a car shopping, and visited Acura of Glendale, Keys Acura, and Cerritos Acura for 2005 Acura TL. Acura of Glendale was the only one that made the process simple and painless. They had great customer Service. I finaly found My salesperson. His name is Art Tchartchan, and he was excellent. He was honest, treated me with respect. Mr. Tchartchan Art is a real professional, well informed, knew Acura and competition product details, and whenever I wanted to talk to him, he was just a phone call away. There were no bad suprises, only good ones. I have two friends looking for a new Acura, and I have already recomended them to visit Acura of Glendale, and see Mr. Tchartchan Art, the best sales professional for their car shopping needs. I would recommend Acura of Glendale to anyone in the market for a car. Acura has a fantastic products for this year, TL, RL, TSX, MDX, RSX, NSX, but I love my 05TL, and I would definitelly return to see Mr. Tchartchan Art at this dealership on my next Acura purchase. <br><br>Thank you Mr. Tchartchan and Acura of Glendale for your great service.<br>Happy Hollydays!
